Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order of laptop bags, office bags, toiletry bags, waist bags, or makeup bags, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Products returned after the return window has expired

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item to help process the request quickly.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send a return request to the customer support email with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item as instructed in the return approval message.

Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the item meets the return conditions.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be requested for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
